At Durham Hill Farm, we’re experts at creating timeless, unforgettable weddings that bring your unique vision to life. Our facilities are versatile and accommodating, designed to ensure a level of unmatched rustic-elegant ambiance and comfort while embracing our little slice of picturesque Bucks County paradise. Spaces & Features

When you book your wedding with us, you get exclusive use of our property for a total of five hours, with the option to add an extra hour to keep the celebration going. Your rental accommodates 150 guests and includes access to an extensive list of spaces and amenities, most notably our recently renovated, two-story stone barn originally built in the 1800s.

 

Our barn’s main level features a large reception area with expansive countryside views, exposed wooden beams, loads of natural light courtesy of our large glass garage door, and ample room for dancing and dining at our custom-made wooden plank farm tables. The lower barn offers a cozy but refined atmosphere for pre-reception cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, while the back barn offers a sun-drenched alternative ceremony site that’s ideal for rainy or unpleasant weather. Just below our back barn, you’ll find our stunning bridal suite, complete with a dressing room, private shower and bathroom, hair and makeup prep area, kitchenette, and outdoor courtyard. 

 

You’re highly encouraged to enjoy our spectacular outdoor spaces as well. Most of our couples opt for an outdoor ceremony on our large lawn, where your guests will sit on our provided selection of eclectic wooden chairs or long wooden benches as you say your vows against a breathtaking backdrop of green pastures and grazing horses. Nearby, between our barn and carriage house, is an idyllic spot for guests to enjoy pre-reception cocktails and light bites on our provided high top tables under charming string lights.

Our couples may also choose from our assortment of decor and props to spruce up photos, tablescapes, and more. Our selection is constantly changing, but typically includes signage and easels for signage, table numbers and centerpiece decor, card boxes, mason jars, decorative tables, and even a fully restored 1923 Model T farm truck for photos.

 

Finally, to ensure this entire process runs as seamlessly as possible, we connect all of our couples with our talented coordinator, Meghan, to help facilitate the logistics of the day, assist in vendor communication and coordination, lead your one hour, on-site rehearsal, and serve as your go-to for any and all questions you may have as your wedding approaches.

Pricing & Availability 

Durham Hill Farm weddings are offered on a limited, first-come-first-served basis year round (with discounted off-season pricing from December through February). We have limited 2022 dates available and are currently booking for 2023 and holding dates for 2024. Guest capacity for weddings is 150.

 

Your five-hour rental starts when the ceremony begins, but couples and supporting cast may arrive as early as 8 a.m. to start your day. All Friday and Saturday events must end by 10 p.m., and Sunday through Thursday events must end by 9 p.m.

What sets these rates apart? When you book with us, your contract guarantees the exclusive use of Durham Hill Farm throughout your event—including the amenities and features above —for one transparent fee. Many other venues offer a low upfront fee to mislead customers, then slowly upcharge you for the use of their ceremony area and each table, chair, and prop you use. We do not believe in this practice. You won’t get an additional bill from us on your wedding day, except in the unlikely event that damages are incurred to the barn or property. 

 

We do offer select paid add-ons—for example, should you wish to rent lawn games or have us assist you extensively with set up and clean up—but none of these are required. All wedding extras will be transparently discussed with you when you visit us for a tour.
